1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and professional qualifications. For freelancers, we may collect W-9 or other tax documentation, work history, certifications, and skills. We also collect location data (when permitted), device information, usage analytics, and communication records within the platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to match freelancers with employer opportunities, facilitate communication between parties, process payments and invoicing, send notifications about events and scheduling, improve our platform through analytics, comply with legal and tax obligations, and provide customer support.

3. Information Sharing

We share relevant profile information between employers and freelancers as necessary to facilitate staffing engagements. Employers can see freelancer profiles, qualifications, and availability. Freelancers can see employer and event details. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., payment processors) and when required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Our platform uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with strict access controls. We regularly review our security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request a copy of your data, update inaccurate information through your profile settings, or request account deletion by contacting us. We will respond to data requests within 30 days. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
